About me

My Qualifications

Nice to meet you!

I’m Brenda, a registered ethical family celebrant and One Spirit Minister.

I’m Brenda, an ordained One Spirit minister. I love life and live with respect for every human being, our animal friends, and our wonderful planet. I also love ceremony and love to craft individual, meaningful ceremonies for all faithpaths.

I am a mother of four, a Capacitar wellness practitioner, and a qualified facilitator. I love working with and sharing my spiritual counselling skills with young people and marginalised groups. Music, art, and animals, hold a large space in my heart, and I believe ceremony is very important when our animal friends pass. I’m also a great believer in having fun and remembering to laugh!

Capacitar & Celebrancy

I am also a ‘Capacitar’ practitioner. ‘Capacitar’ empowers people to manage stress and emotions in their lives, so if you’re worried about being stressed on your big day, don’t be! I’ll be there to help you and offer some little techniques to help you cope.

I love being a Celebrant and hearing your own unique story. I offer what is referred to as a blended ceremony. This whole ceremony will be driven by what you want with no rules or regulations, merely guidelines. Together we will turn the ceremony of your dreams into a reality. You can choose from many signature elements such as religious or/and non-religious readings, poetry, and music. It will involve meaningful rituals, some dating back to ancient times; Handfasting, Unity Candle, Sand Ceremony and The Time Capsule, to name but a few. I know how important it is to make every detail perfect and unique and would be delighted to help you customize your occasion so that you can enjoy every minute of a relaxed and loving ceremony – and we won’t forget to have fun!

Brenda is such a caring and compassionate person who truly makes your day so special. I couldn’t have been happier with her work. Thank you, Brenda for making our day better than we could have ever imagined! Highly recommended.
